About the Position:
We are seeking a Full-Time Financial Assistance Specialist to join our Home Office team on-site in Pottsville, PA!
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge base of financial assistance and Title IV.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- If a candidate has Federal Student Loans or Pell Grants, they must be in good standing.
