Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Representative to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and sell our full portfolio of technology solutions. This role is ideal for someone who understands consultative selling and enjoys working with both technical teams and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
· Conduct needs assessments and recommends customized technology solutions
· Present proposals, pricing, and system designs in collaboration with engineering and project teams
· Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract close
· Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
· Maintains accurate records in CRM systems
· Stay informed on industry trends, emergency technologies, and competitive offerings
Solutions you will Sell:
· Structured cabling and network infrastructure
· Audio/visual systems (conference rooms, digital signage, collaboration tools)
· Access control and door entry systems
· Video surveillance and security systems
· Premise-based and cloud communications solutions (voice, data, unified communications)
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, low-voltage, or systems integration
· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
· Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value
· Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
· Valid Driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed
· Experience with CRM software preferred
