This is a part-time position with the potential to ramp up to full-time as caseload grows.

Position:
- Start: Part-time (ramping hours as cases begin)
- Track: Part-time → Full-time as caseload grows
- Setting: In-home and/or school-based (based on preference and client needs)
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and provide clinical direction to RBTs and other team members
- Collaborate with caregivers and families to implement treatment plans and provide training
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and therapy sessions
- Coordinate with the team on clinical planning, scheduling, and client communication
- BCBA certification
- Active Missouri LBA
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Experience supervising RBTs is preferred but not required
