About the Role
We are seeking a Managing Director to lead our Human Resources Managed Services Division. This senior leader will be responsible for setting the strategic vision, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the growth and success of the business. The ideal candidate is a proven HR executive with deep shared services expertise—skilled in building scalable processes, delivering consistent client service, and leading high-performing teams across complex, multi-client environments.
Experience in dynamic, fast-growth settings, including start-ups, acquisitions, or private equity-backed organizations—is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the HR Managed Services division.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client executives, offering expertise in HR service delivery, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive service excellence through standardized processes, continuous improvement, and measurable performance outcomes.
- Oversee operations across multiple clients, ensuring quality, compliance, and scalability.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing leadership team aligned with business goals and organizational culture.
- Support organizations through transitions such as acquisitions, integrations, and restructuring initiatives.
- Identify and develop business growth opportunities by leveraging HR shared services and operational best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years leading people and teams.
- Demonstrated success in HR shared services, outsourcing, or multi-client delivery models.
- Proven track record in operational leadership, particularly in scaling and transforming service delivery.
- Strong relationship management and client service skills.
- Solid financial acumen and ability to align shared services strategies with overall business objectives.
