Job location: Zhongshan, Guangdong, China.

For our Zhongshan office, we're hunting for a curious, creative Junior Industrial Designer to join our Design team—no strict industry experience required (we care more about your passion for industrial design and your overall experience rather than niche expertise). You'll thrive in a dual language (English & Chinese) space where we balance thoughtful jokes with serious dedication to top-tier design work. You will further develop your interest and understanding of Western culture (our main market is the USA) and help our designs to convince the most demanding consumers.​

 What You'll Actually Do -- Spoiler: It's All Hands-On

As part of our design team (industrial design, graphic design, and visual design), you'll be at the core of our
product development:
​

• Participating in market & trend analysis (including US consumer preferences), brainstorming wild (and workable) ideas in design workshops, and turn insights into tangible concepts.​

• Design detailed 3D models and craft showstopping renderings (this is a core part of the role—your work will shape how products feel to users stateside)​

• Partner with engineers and factories to make sure designs don't just look great, but work great (no design exists in a bubble)​

• Tackle awesome product lines:​

· Large appliances (ovens, cooktops, hoods, fridges, freezers, wine cellars, dishwashers—think "everyday products that feel special to US homes")​.

· Bathroom solutions (bathtubs, showers, faucets, towel dryers—turning self-care spaces into something cool for American households)​.

 What We're Looking For -- No Jargon, Just Real Stuff

• Sketching, 3D modelling & Rendering.
   You've got good sketching skills, but most importantly, you have a keen mind to think products and experiences. And your 3D modelling and rendering skills are top notch (Rhinoceros 3D and/or Solidworks, Keyshot or other photorealistic software) — we'll work with what you know, as long as you're sharp)—your portfolio should show off work that makes people go, "Wow, you made that?"​

• Industrial Design Roots
  : 0–5 years of pro experience in industrial design (any sector works Consumer goods, appliances, medical gear, tools—we care about your foundational skills, not where you used them)​.

• Bilingual Vibes Cultural Curiosity
  : Decent English (spoken/reading) to keep up in our dual-language team. Remember, Design is an international job, as you need to be able to understand any market and user around the world. But don't worry, we'll always share key directions, sketches, and feedback in both English Chinese, as it is our responsibility to ensure no loss-in-translation and stress. Plus, you're open and curious about Western culture (our main market is the USA)—this helps us craft designs that fit how US consumers live and use products.​

- 卫浴解决方案(浴缸、花洒、水龙头、毛巾架——将居家洗护空间升级为美国消费者心中的潮流场景)
