Hybrid opportunity based in Pasadena with compensation up to $84K.
Our client is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Accountant to support key broker-dealer regulatory reporting and accounting functions within a growing finance team.
Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing Customer/PAB Reserve Computations (15c3-3)
• Preparing Net Capital (15c3-1) and FOCUS reports
• Supporting daily and monthly regulatory reporting schedules
• Assisting with audits and regulatory examinations
• Performing reconciliations, journal entries, and general broker-dealer accounting activities
• Partnering cross-functionally to support regulatory and financial reporting accuracy
Ideal background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2 years of financial services experience preferred
• Exposure to broker-dealer regulatory reporting environments
• FINRA SIE & Series 99 licenses, or willingness to obtain
• Familiarity with Broadridge Processing System (BPS) is a plus
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
