This Job is for anyone who would like to obtain knowledge of cannabis cultivation while being the core trimmer for our small opperation.
Duties:
- Cultivate and care for plants in a garden setting
- Manicure buds for final sale
- Monitor and control pests and diseases to ensure plant health
- Maintain a clean work space
- Perform heavy lifting as needed for tasks such as moving soil or plants
- Harvest crops when they are ready for sale or consumption
- Maintain records of planting, harvesting, and other activities
Skills:
-Ability to learn at a fast pace
- Ability to work diligently
- Basic math skills
- Attention to detail to ensure proper care of product
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
