PACE, a member of Empath Health is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary PACE team in Bradenton, FL. In this role, the Physical Therapist will help older adults age in place with dignity, delivering personalized therapy across homes, facilities, and our Day Center. - Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (Master’s or Doctorate preferred)
- Active (or eligible) Florida PT license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with geriatric populations
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills
