What You’ll Do
As a PACE Center Manager, you will oversee daily center operations—including the day center, clinic, and home care services—ensuring a high standard of care and compliance with all regulations. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will:
- Lead and supervise day center staff, CNAs, and other assigned team members.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care planning, family meetings, and participant support services.
- Manage staff hiring, onboarding, scheduling, evaluations, and performance management.
- Partner with leadership to oversee budgets, compliance, and operational standards.
- Act as liaison between PACE disciplines, departments, external providers, and families.
Position Requirements
- Minimum Associate’s degree with 5–7 years of management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment. 2–3 years of progressive leadership experience required.
- Florida professional license (RN, Social Work, Therapy, etc.) preferred.
- Knowledge of the physical, mental, and social needs of older adults.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
- Successful completion of competency assessment upon hire and annually thereafter.
- Valid Florida driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in quality/compliance or managed care/capitated programs.
- Professional background in Nursing, Social Work, Therapy, Dietetics, Gerontology, or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive quality outcomes.
