Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care to our patients across Broward and southern Palm Beach counties. What you'll Do
As a CNA on our hospice team, you will deliver high-quality, compassionate care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
- Provide direct and indirect care to patients in home and community-based settings
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures
- Support a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for each patient
- Offer emotional support to patients and their families, fostering dignity and compassion at every interaction

What You'll Need
- Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida.
- Current Basic Life Support Certification.
- Six months’ experience working in hospital or healthcare environment
- Requires ability to drive, a reliable car, a good driving record, automobile insurance and basic knowledge of the county territory.
- Must be able to fulfill assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Must practice good personal hygiene and be neat and clean in appearance.
