What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Talent Acquisition position at Empath Health?
The Director of Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the Talent Acquisition end-to-end process
- Develop appropriate marketing strategies and develop service-level agreements to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle
- Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
- Use data and feedback to identify areas where the recruitment process can be improved
- Serve as an execution partner for TA Analytics, informing process design, supporting implementations, and driving ongoing service level performance
- Gathers, organizes, and interprets statistical data from the Applicant Tracking System to provide reports to, and answer questions from senior leadership
- Lead the effort to manage the contingent labor program. Supervise 3rd party vendor, track metrics of performance, and drive continuous improvement efforts
- Collaborates with senior executives to support growth plans for the organization
- Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the departments operating budget
- Adhere to all employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains Talent Acquisition Partners
- Oversees Talent Acquistion Team operations and the daily workflow of the department
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to design and implement full-cycle performance management programs.
Education and Experience:
- 10 years of broad Talent Acquisition experience, Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
