Screen Print Job Description
We are looking to add a dedicated team member to operate an Automatic Screen Printing Press. Candidates must be detail-orientated and enjoy working in a team environment. Clear vision, correct color perception, and hand-eye coordination are crucial. Other important traits include self-motivation, problem-solving skills, creativity, organizational skills, and open to feedback. Must have excellent communication skills.
Necessary Skills Required
- Set up/register multi-color jobs on manual & automatic press
- Troubleshooting technological problems
- Maintaining screen printing equipment.
- Coating Screens
- Reclaiming Screens
- Exposing/Imaging Screens
- Screen breakdown & clean up
- Catching, folding, neatly packing, lifting up to 40-50 lb. boxes

Guaranteed Pay: From $19.00 per hour/40 Hours per week
Expected hours: 40 hours of honest team oriented effort, no less
