What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Generalist position at Emotiv Mobility?
Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Participate in site-level initiatives such as Vision Committee and VIP Board meetings (as applicable)
Support responses to internal and external inquiries (e.g., EEOC, legal, government agencies) and escalate as appropriate
Support HR programs including performance management, employee relations, corrective actions, and internal mobility
Track and report HR metrics aligned with departmental and organizational goals
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency
Model and reinforce company mission, vision, and values in all interactions
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of HR activities
Support workplace safety initiatives, including adherence to emergency evacuation procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned to support business and HR needs
