About the Role
In this role, you’ll support youth with emotional, behavioral, and academic needs through IEP-driven services within a therapeutic residential program. Work may include collaboration, consultation, documentation, and occasional direct instructional support. Services may be provided virtually or in a hybrid capacity.
You’ll work closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team focused on helping students grow academically, emotionally, and behaviorally.
What We’re Looking For
Valid Special Education Teaching Certification
Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred in Special Education, Education, or Behavioral Health)
Experience supporting students with emotional and behavioral needs preferred
Strong understanding of IEPs, accommodations, and behavioral interventions
Experience in therapeutic, residential, or alternative education settings preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
