About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BHT Lead to join our team in Lake Montezuma, AZ. As a BHT Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a team of BHTs, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our clients. Your role will also involve:
- Supervising and mentoring a team of BHTs, providing ongoing training and feedback to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality services
- Developing and implementing care plans, in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team, to ensure optimal client outcomes
- Coordinating client services, communicating with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
- Monitoring client progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance care outcomes
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a behavioral health setting
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work) preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
