What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Specialist position at Emory Workforce Solutions?
Friendly Customer Service Specialist needed to support clients in our Valencia office. We are seeking full time and part-time, temporary candidates to work through April 2026.
Our busy tax office has 3 openings for duties which include:
- Respond to high volume inbound calls and emails
- Manage appointment calendar
- Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Extensive communication and follow up via telephone and email
- Perform extensive detailed data entry
- Daily clerical duties which include filing, sending/receiving faxes, scanning documents, transcribing, etc.
- Assemble tax returns
- Follow up with client regarding payments where necessary
- Perform other office support tasks as assigned
Our position requires a strong communicator who learns quickly and is comfortable in a fast paced, high volume environment.
We are seeking a customer focused candidate with strong MS Office skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Shifts: Tuesday & Wednesday 8am-4pm and Monday thru Friday 8am-4pm
Our position is temporary, through mid-late April and offered through Emory Workforce Solutions.
