Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Assist with food and beverage service according to restaurant procedures.
- Help prepare dining and service areas before and during operating hours.
- Support servers and other team members with routine guest-service needs.
- Communicate guest requests and order details clearly to kitchen and service staff.
- Help deliver or organize food orders as needed.
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked dining and service areas.
- Restock napkins, utensils, glassware, condiments, and other service supplies.
- Assist with clearing and resetting tables when needed.
- Follow food-safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures.
- Report guest concerns, supply shortages, or service issues to a supervisor.
- Support opening, closing, and routine restaurant duties.
- Work cooperatively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to maintain efficient service.
Qualifications
