Description
- Manages projects.
- Coordinates the strategic planning process and monitors progress toward achieving project goals.
- Assists in developing, administering and monitoring project related budgets.
- Coordinates logistical arrangements for related conferences, conventions or meetings.
- May assist in identifying funding resources and in developing funding strategies and initiatives.
- Develops and generates various operational and statistical reports.
- Represents and promotes the project at various speaking engagements.
- May write grants, reports, briefings, newsletters, promotional or other written material related to the project.
- Performs related responsibilities as required.
- Participates in project planning and implementation.
- Provides status updates.
- Notifies team of project delays, concerns, and resolves project related concerns.
- Coordinates project work plan and calendar/schedules.
- Assists with team goal settings and creating strategic plans for upcoming Fiscal Year.
- Tracks team goals and provide updates.
- Monitors team progress towards achieving goals, and monitor cost savings initiatives and provide detailed reports.
- Assists in developing project related budgets.
- Monitors budgets for each project.
- Assists with the development of the Shared Surgical Services team budget, and assist with various operational and statistical reports, as needed.
- Functions as liaison for projects by coordinating, creating and sending team communications as well as sending updates to executive leadership.
- Coordinates logistics for meetings and conferences.
- Takes meeting minutes and tracks action items from meetings and ensures a designee is assigned to each action item.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates Degree required, and two (2) years of relevant project support experience.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Equivalent combination of experience, education, and training may be considered in lieu of degree.
