Description
- Develop, implement, and manage training programs for new hires and existing staff.
- Conduct skills assessments, audits, and refresher training to identify areas for training improvement, and promote continuous improvement.
- Manage training curriculum, training schedules, delivery methods, and performance.
- Collaborate with leaders inside and outside the department to develop and integrate training needs and performance gaps.
- Work cooperatively with other team members to maintain a positive and purposeful work environment.
- Respond to requests for professional information or advice, referring to complex matters to leadership.
- Mentor staff as appropriate.
- Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Training Manager, or Quality Assurance Specialist.
- Licensure: None.
- Certification: None.
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities (required): Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs for diverse audiences.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
- Preferred Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 5 or more years of experience as a Training Manager or experience teaching quality assurance preferably within a healthcare setting.
