Description
- The Data Analyst II is responsible for designing and disseminating comprehensive reports with data derived from multiple sources
- The Analyst will use existing data elements to create meaningful metrics, and independently engage in data exploration to validate findings, identify irregularities, and detect trends
- The Analyst will create automated reporting processes that do not require cutting & pasting
- The Analyst may build data collection tools using systems such as Microsoft Forms and REDCap
- The Analyst will use a variety of mechanisms to communicate key insights, including flat reports, interactive dashboards, PowerPoint, and oral presentations
- Key competencies include advanced Excel abilities and novice familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g. R, SAS, SQL, Python, VBA)
- Bachelor's degree and 0 years of experience, or Associate's degree and 2 years of experience
- Workday support experience is highest priority
