We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.Responsibilities:Draft correspondences and other formal documentsPlan and schedule appointments and eventsGreet and assist onsite guestsAnswer inbound telephone callsDevelop and implement organized filing systemsPerform all other office tasksQualifications:Previous experience in office administration or other related fieldsAbility to prioritize and multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail​Strong organizational skills
