Position Responsibilities:
As our General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including:
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and motivate your team to deliver top-notch service and uphold company standards.
- Daily Operations: Supervise restaurant employees, manage shifts, and ensure compliance with all policies, processes, and health/safety standards.
- Guest Experience: Create a welcoming environment, engage with guests, and address concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Oversee labor scheduling, cash handling, and work to achieve sales and financial goals.
- Strategic Execution: Lead marketing initiatives, coordinate catering contracts, and implement strategies to drive growth and enhance operations.
Position Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
- Skills: Proficiency with computers, POS systems (Toast/Teamwork is a plus), and excellent communication skills.
- Passion: A love for food, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Serve Safe Certified Food Manager
- Familiarity with labor management, menu planning, and health/safety regulations
- Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs. and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
- Standing/walking for extended periods, with frequent bending, squatting, and reaching overhead.
