CNA Responsibilities

Duties vary by client and shift. The tasks listed below are examples and may not be required for every assignment. Care is tailored to each client’s individual needs and care plan.

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Personal care, hygiene, and dressing
• Incontinence and toileting care
• Safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Medication reminders (non-administrative)
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping

Required Qualifications

• Active CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license
• Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel
• Professional, compassionate bedside manner
