Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Madison, WI. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored office furniture and business solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, coordinating with the internal team for design and project implementation, and ensuring client satisfaction from project start to finish. The role involves a focus on delivering outstanding customer service, meeting sales goals, and managing details across all stages of projects.

Qualifications
- Excellent customer relationship management skills, with experience in client communication and resolving customer concerns effectively.
- Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet sales targets and identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Project coordination and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and oversee projects from design through completion.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to new and existing clients
- Proficiency in design consultation or space planning is a plus, with familiarity in reading layouts or working with design tools being beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, persuasiveness and sales-closing abilities are desired
