We are currently seeking energetic, motivated individuals to provide exceptional customer service for our furniture division, Emmons Business Interiors, at our Germantown office. This role includes handling customer calls, placing orders with manufacturers, and working closely with our sales representatives to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications
- Place and track orders; create and manage punch lists
- Prepare customer quotes using applicable vendor discounts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability and willingness to learn new software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Provide excellent customer service and interact professionally with a wide range of people
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude
- Knowledge of the office furniture industry is a plus, but not required
Schedule:
- 8 Hour Shift
- Day Shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Germantown, WI 53022: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
