Summary
The IBP Manager is responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end Integrated Business Planning process, ensuring alignment across demand, supply, and financial plans. Working closely with the Demand Planning Manager and Supply Planning Manager, this role serves as the central integrator of cross-functional inputs, driving forecast consensus, scenario planning, and executive-level visibility. The IBP Manager will lead the monthly IBP cycle and champion continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, planning agility, and strategic alignment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
IBP Process Leadership:
•    Own and facilitate the monthly IBP cycle, including demand review, supply review, financial reconciliation, and executive review. Ensure timely and effective collaboration across planning functions.
Sales Forecasting Alignment:
•    Partner with the Demand Planning Manager to improve forecast accuracy and bias through structured reviews, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Supply-Demand Synchronization:
•    Collaborate with the Supply Planning Manager to ensure supply plans are aligned with demand signals and business priorities. Support scenario planning to address gaps and risks.
Executive Communication & Decision Support:
•    Prepare and present IBP outputs to senior leadership, highlighting key risks, opportunities, and recommendations for action.
Cross-Functional Integration:
•    Act as the liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure planning inputs are aligned and reflected in the IBP process.
Forecast Performance Monitoring:
•    Track and report on forecast KPIs (accuracy, bias, adherence to plan) and lead initiatives to improve performance across planning horizons.
Process & System Optimization:
•    Support the enhancement of planning tools and systems. Drive standardization, automation, and best practices across the IBP framework.
Continuous Improvement:
•    Identify and implement process improvements to increase planning efficiency, responsiveness, and business impact.

Minimum Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
•    5 years of experience leading IBP/S&OP Process
•    Strong understanding of demand and supply planning processes
•    Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
•    Proficiency in planning tools and Excel
•    Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting metrics and scenario modeling

Preferred Qualifications
•    APICS or IBF certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP, CPF)
•    Experience in a manufacturing or consumer goods environment
•    Familiarity with financial planning and budgeting processes
