Emmett is a Levantine-focused Mediterranean restaurant which is committed to cultivating a culture of mindfulness and inclusivity through its family-oriented staff and service culture. We're looking for someone to join our team that focuses on thoughtful service providing refined, technique-focused dishes, produce-driven cocktails, and local wines in an intimate restaurant environment.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience cooking in the industry, and is comfortable working in a high intensity environment in fine dining restaurants.
Emmett will operate Tuesday-Saturday, 5-10pm, offers competitive pay, and will have two week-long vacations per year (10 business days).
