Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals in our care
- Support individuals in setting and achieving personal goals
- Promote self-determination and celebrate each person’s unique personality
- Participate in regular training to stay informed on best practices
- Assist individuals in transportation to activities, volunteer roles, or employment opportunities
- Engage in daily activities that foster skill-building and independence
- Provide guidance on hygiene, emotional well-being, and physical health
- Deliver services aligned with Individual Plans and Behavioral Plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with organizational policies
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding daily activities
Qualifications:
- Must have own reliable vehicle with up to date registration, insurance & inspection
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma/Transcripts
- Physical/TB Test
- 1 year working directly with individuals with IDD and/or Autism preferred
