Hospice Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Full-Time | Grand Rapids, MI and Surrounding Areas

As a Hospice Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)– Full time you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional end-of-life care across a variety of settings, supporting patients and families wherever they call home. This full-time, hourly position offers a dynamic and rewarding experience for CNAs who thrive in diverse environments and enjoy being part of a collaborative, mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Float across homes and facilities within a 50-mile radius of Grand Rapids, MI, providing coverage where care is most needed.
- Work a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with participation in a rotating weekend and holiday schedule.
- Deliver hands-on personal care and activities of daily living under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Adapt quickly to different care environments and patient needs, ensuring consistent, high-quality support.
- Collaborate with a flexible and supportive CNA team, stepping in to maintain continuity of care during staff absences or increased patient volume.
Qualifications:
- Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license in the State of Michigan.
- Reliable transportation to travel between patient locations.
- Previous CNA experience required; hospice or home care experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a heart for compassionate care.
