Overview
Pinnacle Building Services is seeking a high-energy Sales Account Manager to drive growth in the Phoenix market (must live west of I-17), by securing $7,500 in new recurring monthly revenue and managing $5,000 in monthly project work. This hybrid role focuses on the full sales lifecycle—from proactive lead generation and walkthroughs to proposal accuracy and subcontractor coordination. Ideal candidates possess 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, strong financial acumen, and a results-driven mindset, preferably with janitorial industry knowledge or Spanish fluency. In exchange, Pinnacle offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, a 401(k) match, and a flexible schedule.
