- You are an expert in Terraform, Infrastructure as code (IaC), Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- You are proficient in Python, Jenkins, Go, CI/CD, CCAI.

Responsibilities and more:
Required Skills and Experience
* 12 years of experience in a DevOps or SRE role, with a strong focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
* Expert-level proficiency with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools for managing complex GCP environments.
* Extensive practical experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, including tools such as Cloud Build or Jenkins.
* Solid experience containerizing applications and managing orchestration platforms like Cloud Run or GKE.
* Strong scripting skills in Python or Go for automation tasks and custom integration services.
* Familiarity with deploying software in highly regulated environments, such as Contact Centers, including real-time systems like call routing
