This position is 20–40 hours per week and is ideal for someone who has worked in retail, has been a key holder, and understands what it means to create a truly personalized shopping experience.
Duties
- Retail experience is required (key holder experience is a big plus)
- Passion for denim and footwear—this is what we’re known for!
- Someone who sees themselves as a personal shopper, building lasting relationships with our loyal customers
- A professional who can learn about our products and represent our brand with confidence and enthusiasm
- Drama-free, dependable, and ready to contribute to a positive team environment
- Willing to go above and beyond for clients—some of whom travel hours just to shop with us
What we expect:
- Provide personalized, one-on-one customer service
- Stay informed and educated on product lines and fit
- Help clients find the perfect denim or shoes for their style and needs
- Maintain store appearance and uphold brand standards
