Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via direct communication with sales and program management
- Provide all internal and external support for manufacturing
- Assist in resolving manufacturing issues as required
- Review and approve product documentation
- Prepare process documentation such as routers, work/process instructions
- Train manufacturing personnel as required for any outlined processes
- Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of revision controlled documents
- Comprehensive knowledge of BOM structure and change control processes
- Review and approve Engineering Change Orders applicable to product line responsibilities
- Develop new processes for high efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Prioritize and develop projects based on critical needs
- Develop projects within allotted timelines and budget
- Assist in internal audit program for AS9100/ISO9001
- Other Duties as assigned
- Degree in Electronic Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years experience in process engineering for electronics company
- Experiences in Harness/Cable Manufufacturing and Assemblies
- Certifications such as IPC-610/J-STD-001 qualification preferred
- Solid understanding of AS/ISO preferred
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within strict deadlines is essential
- Preferred - Bi-Lingual (English & Spanish)
