Manage full project execution from concept through final installation, maintaining the highest quality standards
Conduct in-depth client discovery meetings to understand aesthetic goals, lifestyle, and budget parameters
Present and close high-value design proposals to a sophisticated, high-net-worth clientele
Manage the full sales cycle from first consultation through signed contract and project kick-off
Build and nurture long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted luxury market outreach
Requirements
3 years of professional interior design experience with a focus on luxury residential or commercial projects
Proven track record in sales or client-facing roles
Proficiency in design tools
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Valid driver's license; ability to travel across Long Island
