RESPONSABILITIES
Driver & Client Support:
- Serve as the main contact for drivers and fleet managers throughout the accident process.
- Provide proactive updates and explain repair timelines and next steps clearly.
- Resolve questions, concerns, and service issues with professionalism and empathy.
Repair & Rental Coordination:
- Obtain repair estimates, status updates, police reports, and supporting documentation.
- Arrange short‑term rental transportation when required.
- Track repair progress to ensure timely completion.
Billing & Invoice Review:
- Audit vendor invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies directly with shops.
- Document cost savings achieved through negotiation and invoice review.
- Maintain accurate certificates of insurance for assigned clients.
Operational Documentation & Collaboration:
- Maintain complete, accurate, compliant claim documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service.
- Participate in cross‑training and assist with special projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple active cases.
- Basic computer proficiency including email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
- Ability to learn automotive terminology and accident‑related processes.
Preferred:
- Experience in automotive service, fleet management, or insurance claims.

HOURS AND WORK SCHEDULE
This position is defined at forty hours per week qualifying the employee for the standard benefit package made available to all full-time employees. To start, the work schedule would be one of the following schedules: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm with a predetermined 60 minute lunch period. The work schedule may be subject to revision depending upon Department needs. The position requires an exemplary record of attendance and punctuality on the part of the employee.
