- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
- Active RBT certification (Registered Behavior Technician credential from the BACB)
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Familiarity with ABA principles and data collection methods
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Reliable, flexible, and committed to student progress
- Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a BCBA
- Strong sense of responsibility, patience, and empathy
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
- Provide one-on-one or group-based ABA therapy to students
- Collect and record data on student behaviors and progress
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regularly
