Emish Market is a Ukrainian grocery store located in Fife, WA, offering a wide selection of imported goods from Ukraine and other European countries. In addition to our market, we operate a full-service café, bakery, and meat department, preparing fresh Ukrainian dishes, pastries, and specialty meats daily. Our mission is to create a warm, authentic, and memorable experience for every guest.

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers and staff across the market, café, bakery, and production areas. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in cleanliness, organization, and working independently.

What You'll Do

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashers and by hand when needed
• Ensure all dishes and equipment are properly sanitized and stored
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station at all times
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and support tasks as needed
• Take out trash and recycling from kitchen areas regularly
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

Work Schedule: Sun - Tue 4:00 pm - 12:30 am, Fri - Sat 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

Pay & Compensation: $18 per hour

Required Qualifications

• Previous dishwasher experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
• Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts
