We offer couples a unique, memorable setting just minutes from Mount Rainier National Park and a full range of services, including on-site catering and overnight accommodations. Wedding Venue - Paradise VillageWe are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Customer Relations Specialist to join our team in Ashford, WA.This role blends guest relations, event sales, and operational coordination, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and enjoys relationship building.What You'll DoBuild strong relationships with guests before, during, and after their stayEnsure exceptional guest experiences and proactively resolve concernsConduct professional venue tours and convert prospects into confirmed bookingsIdentify upselling opportunities (upgrades, dining, amenities, events)Monitor and respond to guest feedback and online reviewsCollaborate cross-functionally with Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B, and ManagementFollow up with guests after their stayMaintain service standards aligned with brand policiesWork Schedule: 11AM - 7:30PM Wednesday through Sunday with a 30-minute lunch included OR an alternative shift 8 AM - 8 PM, Wednesday through Sunday, with an unpaid 3.5-hour break (12 PM - 4 PM) in between.Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience SpiffsWhat We're Looking For2 years of experience in the hospitality industryStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExperience conducting venue tours or selling event/group services is preferredSales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify revenue opportunitiesStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsProficiency with computers and MS OfficeProfessional presence and polished presentation skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysMultilingual skills (Ukrainian or Russian) are a plusWhat Makes You Successful in This RoleGuest-centric mindsetStrong presentation and sales abilitiesAttention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environmentProfessionalism under pressureWork EnvironmentThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Ashford, WA, requiring regular in-person engagement throughout the property.
