We are looking for an experienced corporate paralegal to be part of our state filings team. The successful candidate would have 5-7 years of experience with entity formation and maintenance. We handle tens of thousands of Secretary of State filings, so we're looking for a Secretary of State filing wizard who has experience researching status, handling routine filings, reinstating entities. We also handle the corporate minutes for thousands of entities, so we're looking for someone with experience preparing corporate resolutions.
