Main purpose of the Influencer Specialist role:

This is a full time role for a content creator who is able to build and maintain our brand and ambassadors. Candidates should have strong creative and video skills, as well as a knowledge of the social media and influencer space, particularly in fashion. Candidates should be passionate about and always ahead of what’s next and trends.

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

•    Lead the development of our brand’s social, influencer, and marketing campaigns and strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy

•    Develop our strategy and ideate custom content to support initiatives

•    Identify and communicate with up-and-coming and established creators

•    Have a pulse on the latest trends, and propose ideas on the platform

Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

•    Significant experience as a social media user 

•    Deep knowledge of what performs well on a platform and what doesn't

•    History of and an eye for creating content that will perform well and drive brand awareness and engagement

•    Passion for the fashion industry and strong interest in the social space

•    Candidates should be flexible, organized, have a strong attention to detail, and able to manage timelines efficiently with exceptional time and project management skills 

•    Ability to prioritize and multi-task, and quick to pivot as things change in real-time

•    Able to work independently and within teams

•    Candidates should feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a can-do attitude

Minimum Qualifications:

•    Proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides, and MS Office – Word, Excel and Powerpoint

•    Excellent communication and writing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

•    Influencer, Social Media Marketing or equivalent experience

•    History of creating content that performed well and drove attention 

•    Ability to be innovative, resourceful, and always thinking outside of the box 

•    Strong analytical and research skills for measuring, tracking, and interpreting social data, success, and KPIs
