You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies to attract the best talent to our organization.
Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods such as social media, job boards, networking, and community outreach to build a strong pipeline of applicants.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and optimize the selection process.
- Conduct background checks and reference verification to ensure a reliable hire.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Stay current with recruiting trends in the healthcare industry to enhance effectiveness.
Salary range: $24-26/ hour
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in the home care or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong assessment skills to gauge candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
