Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily personal care routines such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
- Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to promote emotional well-being.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health to appropriate personnel.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to create a nurturing atmosphere.
- Prior experience in direct care or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Genuine compassion for and commitment to helping others.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
