Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and daily living activities.
- Offer transportation for appointments, errands, or social activities.
- Provide physical support to clients, including mobility assistance.
- Prepare meals and assist clients with nutrition and dietary needs.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to encourage mental well-being.
- Help maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Certification as a Home Health Aide (CHHA) is required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
- Experience in home care or healthcare is preferred but not required.
- Compassionate demeanor and dedication to providing exceptional care.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
