Role Description
This is an on-site Home Health Aide position located statwide in Connecticut. The Home Health Aide will assist clients with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, and meal preparation, while providing companionship and emotional support. Additional responsibilities include helping with mobility, maintaining a safe living environment, and reporting changes in client conditions to the appropriate parties.
Qualifications
- Experience in Home Care and Personal Care, including assisting with activities like bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and mobility support
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and care team members
- Proficiency in providing Patient Care and supporting Activities of Daily Living
- Empathy, reliability, and a compassionate approach to caregiving
- Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks and assist with mobility
- Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
