Compensation & Benefits


  • Pay: $40,000 - $60,000 (Base Commission)
  • Commission & bonus opportunities based on performance
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule

  • No. This position offers an hourly base pay plus commissions and bonuses.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to earn commissions and bonuses
  • Ability to build trust and rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing follow-ups
  • Positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Insurance experience is a plus, but not required—training is provided.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do


As a Sales Producer, you'll focus on growing the agency by:

  • Proactively identifying and contacting prospective clients
  • Quoting, presenting, and selling insurance products tailored to client needs
  • Building strong relationships that lead to long-term client retention
  • Following up on leads and referrals in a timely and professional manner
  • Cross-selling and upselling additional coverage when appropriate
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of sales activity and client interactions
  • Staying current on insurance products, pricing, and underwriting guidelines
