The Job
You’ll deliver packages using company-provided step vans and cutaways. Routes cover city and rural areas, with about 120 miles per day and typically 90 to 170 stops depending on the route. Expect an average 10-hour day, working until all packages are delivered, with loading, unloading, lifting, bending, and frequent movement in and out of the vehicle.
Drivers can earn a $20 daily bonus by meeting performance metrics.

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- Lift packages up to 150 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation, and frequently bend and maneuver in and out of the delivery vehicle.
- Prior courier experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- No CDL required.
- No prior delivery experience required — we’ll train you.
