Duties

  • Greet and assist prospective and existing customers in person, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Identify customer needs through face-to-face conversations and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and explain features and benefits in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
  • Manage customer interactions and sales activity using CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Generate new business through in-person engagement, events, and on-site promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Resolve customer questions or concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to execute sales strategies and improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or face-to-face sales environments preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage customer interactions effectively.
  • A positive, outgoing attitude with a passion for helping customers and driving sales.
  • Willingness to learn and grow through hands-on training and team collaboration.
