You’ll help kids build confidence and character through gymnastics while you sharpen the people skills, leadership habits, and teaching abilities that will serve you anywhere you go. Gymnastics experience is valued but not required—we provide all training.

Position: Recreational Gymnastics Coach
You’ll lead your own small groups and classes, helping students progress safely and confidently while building strong relationships with families.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coach preschool and/or school-age girls gymnastics classes (training provided)
- Lead engaging warm-ups, teach skills, and create an encouraging class atmosphere
- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress
- Be a positive role model to every athlete
- Participate in staff training that builds your coaching, leadership, and life skills
- Support Emeth’s mission and integrate biblical principles by teaching our Character Training curriculum in classes
Compensation:
$13–$17/hour depending on experience and training.
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine love for working with kids
- Experience teaching, coaching, or leading groups (any sport or activity)
- Growth-minded, dependable, and ready to take initiative
- Comfortable with our mission, faith-based environment, and core values
- Consistent availability for select weekday evenings (3:30–8:30 pm) and Saturdays
- Physical ability to coach actively, engage continuously, and spot as needed
