We are seeking a Ground Man supports daily quarry and plant operations by performing general labor tasks, maintaining a safe worksite, and assisting equipment operators and plant personnel. This is a physically demanding, outdoor role focused on safety, cleanup, and material handling in an active quarry environment. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities
- Assist quarry and plant operations with daily operations
- Assist with general construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and operating hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to ensure project success
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in construction or related industry preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
