Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while promoting our products and services. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Duties
- Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on leads and provide information about parts, service, rental or sales needs.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage accounts, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business development and enhance customer relationships.
- Assist in B2B sales efforts by providing product knowledge and support during the sales process.
- Participate in telemarketing campaigns to promote new products or services.
- Negotiate terms with customers as necessary to ensure satisfaction while meeting company objectives.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and insights to help improve service delivery and product offerings.
- Promote Google Reviews for positive customer experiences.
- Ideally, this position would feed into an outside sales position as experience evolves.
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on active listening.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM software and/or Intellidealer Dealer Management Software is preferred.
- Ability to conduct warm calling and outbound calling effectively.
- Experience in construction and/of forestry/landscape equipment industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques and business development strategies.
- Proficient in marketing principles related to customer engagement and retention.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
